FI-MIXT – Automatic woodchip burner

The system is made up of a wood boiler, wood drying system and fuel container. It works with woodchip, wood waste, straw, husksand many other types of waste biomass. It can be used as a normal wood boiler, or it can work on diesel fuel.

- full automatic use
- fan – for combustion air, control panel, engine-reducer system that powers the feeder and mixes the wood chip in the container, protection system against fire from the burner to the woodchip container, grillage for preventing biggest pieces of wood entering the feeder
- optional it can be converted to function with monophase electricity, and also a cyclone can be installed for retaining most of the particles resulted from burning
- equipment certified with SR-EN 303-5 standard, marked with CE, in the first class (the best) of efficiency, and the third class (the best) for emissions
- FI-MiXT’s heat exchanger is made from steel pipe elements, with 3,6 mm walls; the exterior is made from 1 mm steel wall, very well isolated
- FI-MIXT is also enhanced with automatic cooling system, that prevents overheating, thermo-manometer, contact thermostats, electrical fuse and cleaning tools.

- the burner and the woodchip container are enhanced with wheels to permit easy removal from the boiler, in case that normal usage on wood is wanted
- the burning chamber size allows to use very big pieces of wood completely safe use.

FI-A is a steel made boiler that uses solid fuel to produce hot air

The air is absorbed by a fan and it is pushed through a special heat exchanger, where it is warmed up with the heat produced by the fuel burning.

- charcoal
- cocs (iron residue)
- brikets
- woodchip
